Shipping rates and delivery time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders storewide with a 14-25 business days delivery time.
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
There are limitations, which prevent us from shipping to some geographical locations in the United States. We are unable to ship to U.S. protectorates, P.O. Boxes, military installations (APO/FPO addresses), and diplomatic posts (DPO addresses).
If your country is not listed above, please contact our Customer Support before placing an order.

You can also send an email to xcnojicare@gmail.com with your order number if you'd like to get an update on your shipment.
Order processing time
Orders will take up to 48 hours to process after order confirmation. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipment Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
If you haven’t received your order after our promised time, please contact us at xcnojicare@gmail.com with your name and order number.
Lost or Stolen packages
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Support.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We responsibility for customs and taxes applied to your order. If any additional expense occurs during costume clearance, please contact Customer Support.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by USPS, FedEX, or UPS. If we cannot validate the information, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address.
If we cannot update the address, the order will be put on hold.
Noji will NOT be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address.
